Sunday School
Is a 20-30 minute lesson time offered during worship for children pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Children head to class following the children’s sermon time early in the worship service and return in time to participate in Holy Communion.
Confirmation
Is a two year overview of Scripture and Lutheran faith and life (Catechism). Youth in middle school are invited to participate in classes as well as group building activities and regional youth gatherings.
Day Camp
Is held in late June and is a weeklong outreach to children and households in the wider community. We host three camp counselors from Sky Ranch Lutheran Camp near Ft Collins, Colorado. These young adults are trained to present Bible studies, worship, games, crafts and more for children who have completed kindergarten through fifth grade. We invite our middle and senior high youth to participate as helpers and leaders. We welcome pre-school children for morning sessions while the older children are here for the day.
Senior High Youth
Are welcome to serve as worship leaders and help with our children’s ministry. We have occasional gatherings and our youth are encouraged to attend Sky Ranch or Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camps as well as regional youth gatherings.
